I cant handle high pitched noises and when I tell people that they think Im crazy!!

We drove past a firehouse where alarm was sounding weekly tes. t and I was like OMG and had to plug my ears and hum til we were far away. In a thrift shop someone broke something glass and then they started sweeping it up and I started freaking and had to sprint away to another area. It happens a lot. Sometimes my ears physically hurt but I mostly get angry and panic.

What is this?? Do any of you experience this too? I tried asking Pdoc abot it but she wasn't happy to answer because I interrupted her to talk about it and she said it was "flighty." She said its because of the hypomania Im in...but this was happening before. This has never happnend before.

Its driving me crazy anyone explain it to me?
