Why do you believe that what you are doing has any relevance to your having a sexual relationship with a man in the future? What you are describing seems to be anxiety over a non-issue. Do you accomplish things during a day? study/work/clean/exercise - whatever it is that you plan to do during the day - do you accomplish it? If you do, there is no addiction. Addiction is a term that gets thrown around a lot without any basis. I'd say that simply by looking at posts, less than 5% of people who self-diagnose an addiction meet the criteria for addiction.
