Like yesterday I thought I might only be cyclothymic; but now I believe I am indeed BP II. I made that cyclothymic question yesterday here, so you can see I did there as well. 11/12/14 Could you please explain, if possible, anything about what cyclothymic is to you, or anyone. I can't understand how a person can have both. Where is the division?

Tipper, when I first went to my pdoc, he diagnosed me as bipolar II. After some time with no more real manic episodes he told me he believed I had cyclothymic disorder. Then I had mild manic episode and my depressed mode after was pretty severe so I'm back to bipolar. Basically, cyclothymia is less severe from of bipolar disorder.
I guess it's a fine line between the two and only a professional can tell.
If you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer, from my own experience, if I can.
And I can't talk about "S".
