I'm kind of having the same problem right now. I'm in my first semester in college and I never really studied in high school or anything so it's hard for me to study and learn material for my classes. I'm starting to fall behind and give up and skip class because of my anxiety and depression. I'm going to just try my best to finish out the semester and then maybe take next semester off. I feel like college isn't "for" me but I can't go into my desired career field without college, ya know. It's just a frustrating time.
Going to the counselling center or services center is a good idea too, they may be able to help. Also talk to your professors- they will probably be understanding about your issues and may be able to provide extra help to you.
