Hello everyone!

Recently I stumbled upon a really adorable (and effective) idea that I think could really benefit a lot of us, especially when we are feeling down, or struggling.

It is called the sunflower of positivity! The idea comes from one of
, and I knew I needed to share this. (By the way you should check out her videos too, she's really a awesome person).

So basically, you cut a circle out of cardboard, cover it in a cute fabric (she has a really cute brown fabric in the video, but you could use any colour if you wanted to ) and then you cut out little petals out of construction paper, or cardstock. And every time you are thankful for something, or a positive experience happened, you did something that made you feel good, etc., you write it down on a petal, and staple it to the cardboard centre, eventually filling up your flower with positivity on all the petals.

I just have to get my hands on some paper, and some fabric, and then I will post some pictures on here as it progresses.

If you decide to do this as well, definitely leave a reply! And if you wish, you can keep us updated with the progress.

Take care guys!
Hugs from:
