1,125 days wow! (3 years and a month) i hope that gives hope to some of you. I never thought i'd be able to say that. Going a day, an hour, a minute even without it is great though, every day without it is a step towards recovery and big f you to self harm. So be proud of every minute you go without it. Don't make yourself feel even worse when you do do it though, because relapse is part of recovery and you'll get there eventually i'm sure. Much love to you all and keep fighting it.
