If there are other family members, you can seek their support too. What is important here is that they realise what is happening to you and what exactly is your mental state during the panic attack. You can explain it to them how horrible it feels and what kind of assistance you require from them. Also it can be used as a bonding opportunity to strengthen your relation with your mother/family members. You should also analyse their situation and the challenges they face, you can try to accommodate their problems as well when you are feeling better and stronger. In this way, both you and your family can benefit from each other. I wish you all the best!

I've tried to talk to them.. all 4 years. but, abusive family and they just don't care.. they destroying me day by day... I don't have a car so father had to take me to employment office today, and he yelled at me, called me names because of this, and i started to cry.. I can't handle this psycho family anymore, I feel like gravity tries to crush me, my heart beats strange, like this all stress would be destroying it ..
