Hi, doc upped the anti-depressant today so I'll have to run out to the drug store. It was clear after Dex's post in my mind that depression was edging it's way up again. So, I will increase my drugs and keep checking in. Also need to process outloud about the crap that is happening instead of filing it away and numbing out. thanks everyone for not being offended and for being supportive. Emmy, you are right about your own worst critic being yourself. I am my best enemy. Need to stay on top of that as it really screws me up in my job.
