Hi starrysky, I'm sorry your anxiety is preventing you from doing the things you want.

Have you considered getting a self help book or workbook? There's lots to choose from that deal with anxiety. They teach things like coping skills, breathing exercises, muscle relaxation techniques.

The art class sounds like a great thing! It can be used as a coping skill as well to help you relax.
