I never heard of this one but I too suffer from anxiety and depression and now ptsd.I learned from my therapist that in order to control anxiety is by doing physical activity,deep breathing ,a,mindfulness box,guided imagery,visualization,progressive relaxation exercises,diversions,thinking positive,and relaxation exercises.
