I just thought that if it worked for me it'd would for other people like me too. I still encourage you guys to stay mindful and find activities that keep you mindful and keep in mind that conquering your fears helps you grow so try what your scared of and be in the moment acknowledge that your scared and just feel that don't push the feeling away just be present and go with the flow.
