Just yesterday, I had a job interview in a hypomanic state. They had met me before when I was at baseline, so imagine the shock they must have felt when facing this new expansive, illustrative, nonstop talkative me. At one point the big boss interrupted me to say, "We have only another 15 minutes...", to which I responded in front of the rest of the panel, without a moment's hesitation, "Oh so you don't want to hear my whole life story???".
