I have, in the past, ditched the scale. I'm currently in the, maintaining weight loss category. But my motivation, was a pinched sciatic nerve, and squeezing in an exercise routine that was in between the school bus for my kids and needing to get to work. Little by little, I unpinched that nerve, and noticed weight loss, then i added a friendly to my back ab routine(due to old tailbone injury), almost three years later, weight is off, been off for a long time.
