Boy, what a life! Yeah, therapy is the place to develop a therapeutic relationship, learn to trust, etc. And I can see why it is soooo difficult to stick to it. Though I think it would serve you well to have at least two sessions weekly. Dear you, you do have a lot going on. Therapy would provide that place wherein you can process your internal pain, insecurity, etc. I'd make sure to have an experienced t, someone who can help to contain you when the going gets rough. And then there's always PC, we're just a click away....
