Find these feelings (the missing and, especially, the gut) and go with them. They're fine feelings for therapy when you can't figure out your way.
Remember the adage that you can't steer unless the vehicle is moving! Just get moving and more things will come. Use the loss of motivation as one, the heavy confluence of all the other things (and that you chose therapy instead of quitting your job or something else, not everyone would necessarily have chosen that!) and any other "conflicts" you can. They're all important, even if they don't
