Im going through exactly the same thing.after 14 years of working without problems for the same company ive been through a disiplinary for failing to cope over the past few months. Ive been through so much personally that its affected me at my work and im now looking to be fired soon. Its causing me no amount of stress and i feel like im rock bottom.
