About the meds, it's really good to be absolutely steady about taking them when you're taking them. I could never manage this myself until I got one of those plastic pill organizers so I never had to wonder if I had taken something already or not [I'm not actually taking any meds now, but I still use these for vitamins.]

Also, I am pretty sure that many psych meds have potentially serious withdrawal symptoms. If you're wanting to stop, I would really advise talking to your MD first. I would also advise telling your MD about hallucinations. I've never had those myself, but it sounds like it could be scary and maybe serious. You need some sage advice on that one, I think.

Also and finally, if meds and therapy are not working, how about trying things that are healthy for you anyway and are known to help depression? There's exercise and improving your diet. Also, I've noticed people getting really big improvements with just meditation. The thing that really worked for me is "SNAP CLUB":
