I have an oversized long woolen coat. My very practical boots come up the the bottom of the coat. What accessories I use make it good for mild to below zero with windshield weather. Being oversized allowes me to layer up underneath add scarfs, hats and mittens. I can dress up or just bundle up using the same basic coat.
