Its true, a lot of people still don't believe in mental illness. They don't consider, see depression to be a real illness, medical problem-i experienced that with different people in different situations when i've tried to talk about it, or get help, including health professionals and counsellors. Due to negative responses i've had from people, its led to feel i can't talk, share what i'm going through with others and that even hard trusting professionals to help me.
