I currently am taking Lexapro, after being on Prozac many years, with some breaks where I was not taking anything.

Lexapro works amazingly well on my anxiety that also includes suspiciousness/paranoia, particularly in conjunction with my psychodynamic /psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
