I think that Good Will Hunting did the same thing to me with the It's Not Your Fault thing...repeated. Own it and what you have been through. It is not your fault....Expand that to whatever part of your life that it might be relavent to. It was powerful to me.

I had a good cry once while getting a massage. Not sure the masseuse (?) knew what to do with me but it brought it out of me.

Any clue as to what might have assisted you in the past?

My SIL and I went to the movie theater to see Beaches when it came out. We both cried so much that we laughed at each other as we could hardly stop crying. Have you seen that one?

Sorry .... keep pluggin' and yes talk of it in therapy. Are you saying that pre-lexapro crying was not a problem for you?
