. Hello dear Jebo and I'd like to wish you a very warm WELCOME to Psych Central, for its a really good and supportive place to be. It also is somewhere you may find supportive friends regarding your possible eating disorder. Hopefully this is new to you and as Jelly-bean said, it's best to catch any disorder early on, the longer it goes on, the harder it is to change things.I know because sadly I have had a severe eating disorder for 33 years and it has done a lot of phyical damage. Just have a look around this site because there may be other things which interest you. Eating disorders tend to bring other problems forward, for me this has meant disturbed sleep, depression and feeling isolated. I'd certainly make an appointment with your health worker/your GP and see what they can advise. Do let us know how you got along. X
