It's strange because I'm absolutely completely miserable and drained working day shifts, but it's even worse in the morning hours so that by the time I get home, I'm hypo. It happened consistently. It could be ultradian bipolar, I'm not sure.

I just read this post describing Churchill and I can relate:

Winston Churchill was bipolar and this was his schedule during the war: get up at noon, order a few bombing runs, have lunch, take a nap, work a couple hours, have dinner, then work nonstop from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. THAT'S the bipolar schedule.
