Ok so I don't usually eat breakfast because I don't have enough time in the morning, or I'm just not hungry. I don't eat a real lunch at school because I don't have anyone to sit by in the cafeteria so I will usually bring like a pop tart or granola bars or something to eat in the library. When I get home, I am so hungry that I eat like two or three bowls of cereal and then at dinner time I eat a normal meal, repeat. I know this can't be healthy, but I don't know what to do.
