I'd rather stay in the comfort of my warm bed like I have been for the past couple weeks you know? Anyways, I really want to get help and fix this, but at the same time I can't to talk to anyone (in person) about how I am feeling. What do you think I should do? Just try and get some medicine from my GP or a psychiatrist and hope for the best?

Thanks.
Hi dazed. As stressful as it might be, I think you should see your therapist again AND you should see your GP and tell him/her everything that's going on. You need the wisdom of someone who has seen this before and knows what to do. Plus, there are purely medical problems that can cause depression and you want to check for those for sure. What do you think?
