. Hay yay Katelyn, that's absolutely wonderful, a REAL achievement. Only someone who's been caught in the "fear of food" trap could honestly know what a difficult process that was. However, you DID it, and it was only YOU who could. The strange thing about any eating disorder is that you need to eat your way out of it to recover. That doesn't mean binge your way out or eat weird combinations. It means eating sensible sized meals, at set times a day and made up of what you know to be healthy tasty things. And there needs to be small treat type things, but if you can't manage these it doesn't matter. You know now that it's possible, even though there may be some blips along the way, dust yourself off and start again asap. WELL DONE hun. Xxx
