IIRC, the only distinction between Autism & Asperger's in DSM-IV-TR is that there is no language delay in Asperger's. But I feel like it is most helpful to focus on the individual's strengths and needs, and assist/treat accordingly rather than solely focus on the dx, since it really is a spectrum.
