The thing with ED's also is that there can be things from one's past that we don't even realize that can be triggering the feelings & thoughts & the ED happens to look not even related to what happened but has it as the foundation.......

Many with ED's have CSA or a trauma in their background. That is why it's important to have a T to talk to about what is going on & what is causing you to feel this way.....but when one peals back the layers, & can process those issues the ED can at times be resolved even though at times it's triggers itself when weight loss starts.
