I've swtiched to non-caffinated everything because I find it to be a trigger for my IBS itself - I still need a coffee fix every now and then, because I love the taste - but I drink de-caf because it's no-where near as bad as drinking the regular stuff.
Maybe it's worth you all trying nescafes Half-caf coffee, cos then you'll still get a pick-me up, but your IBS won't be as bad.....
It's an idea of sorts!
