The first thing you do is find a way to put your things under lock and key. I don't think telling HR will do any good because technically, you have no real proof. Unless you can provide fingerprints or something like that you will only make yourself look bad if you complain. Like I said, find a way to lock things up and make it known that you are doing it and why. Your co-workers will get the message I think.
