If it's something you don't feel you need then I think that's a good thing. (: I enjoyed marijuana for four years and the last time I smoked (two days ago) I had the worst panic attack I've ever had. I also really feel I would have made (PERHAPS) better choices had I not began smoking weed.. Though it is hard to know for certain. There are certainly many other ways to relax. It's definitely hard to say one way or the other though cos clonopin and Xanax are so addictive.. That weed could be a better alternative.. Probably best though not to need any substance at all?
