Being overextended with obligations, is a huge stress. There's truth in the saying, can't be in two places, at once.

Usually the feelings of shame and failure have some residual connection, to our past. Were there social politics with the choir? Changes at work? If you've skill to sing in a choir, that is certainly commendable, makes you unique and special to those hearing your voice.

What holds you back, from telling your T? I've found, sometimes it's typical to believe they'll say all the right words. When it's more a pattern over time of words,phrases, at times conversing.
