Its really good that you are starting to feel like your old self, but
now is the most important time to make sure you don't take on more than you can handle. The old adage proves true,
you need to be able to walk before you can run. In other words, don't take on too much too fast. Its really important that you look after you first, and get into the habit of letting others know when you are 'available' and when you need some 'you time'. The last thing anyone wants is for you to burn yourself out and be in the position of not being able to help yourself or those around you. Its hard but you need to be somewhat selfish with yourself.
