I own a Fitbit (basically a pedometer), and I've noticed something interesting. On my bad days, I can't even make it to 1000 steps. On good days, I'm logging 3,500 or thereabouts. On hyper days, it's closer to 5,000-6,000. I wish there was a way to take notes on the app so I could record how I'm feeling on each day.
Anyway, an interesting correlation. It makes total sense, but it's kind of cool to see in a graph. I also have a mood tracker app, but it's much less objective.
