I felt the same about the posting. It's hard not compare how many replies one receives, versus how many more someone else receives.

After all, the numbers are posted right there for us to see.

I was glad that I expressed my feeling of being isolated -- the kid with nose pressed against the glass, as someone so poetically wrote.

I was glad, bec. then lots of people left little message saying hi -- and that was all I needed -- just a little hi, a little acknowledgment that I am a human being with feelings that matter to someone out there in the universe.
