Sometimes I find it the hardest to tell my parents about what is going on with me. I am 36, but still struggle to let them know about my depression and such. They don’t even know about 2 of the times I was in drug detox/rehab. My boyfriend told them when I was on the pscyh ward, but we never did talk about it.
