I think that pharase (tornado) sums up my entire post!

As far as the Adderal going to 60mg, though you say it is not helping you much, gives me some hope of the fact I am only taking 20mg and to know it can go much higher of a dose.

Thanks for your reply. I need to laugh more, as I like the Laughter being the best medicine.
