I have taken Paxil for years and I love it. I was reluctant to go back on it after a horrible withdraw due to a short break from it , but am happy to have it back. I was also prescribed this particular AD because of sever depression and ptsd. I do have some manic episodes even with a mood stabilizer. Stay away from caffeine until you get used to it. You should mention a mood stabilizer or sleep med once you get adjusted.
