That sucks when you are doing things that are supposed to help and they don't.
Have you tried therapy- CBT, DBT, talk
Meditation
Mindfulness
Diet and exercise of course
Have your thyroid levels checked.
Vitamin D, Fish Oil, B vitamins, L Methylfolate.....there are others.
