welcome sfs-I have found this site to be very helpful & a great source of support sorry you are unable to have a tdoc right now-perhaps you could ask your pdoc for a referral to some free support groups in your area-the wellness center where I go to see my internist has some really good group options both mental & physical which are overseen by psych interns-good luck & remember you are not alone.
