I use Gravol* 2-4 times a day to eat just enough so that I am only very gradually losing weight. I use Tylenol 3 for upper abdominal pain which seems to come and go over a period of weeks. I don't know what causes it.
I will be seeing a specialist (soon?) to check my stomach, liver, etc.
It will be good to get a diagnosis.

Im sorry but we can not tell you whether you have an eating disorder or not. what I can say is that there many different kinds of eating disorders....ie some are where the person is purposely losing weight, some kinds are where the person is purposely trying to gain weight, theres some kinds that involve over eating, or under eating, theres kinds that involve overeating and then purging, theres even a type of eating disorder for those with medical issues that cause them to be under or over weight. each type of eating disorder has their own grouping of symptoms, diagnostic criteria, behavior patterns.
examples the eating disorders in the DSM 5 are...
pica,
rumination disorder,
Advoidant/restrictive food intake disorder
anorexia nervosa
bulimia nervosa
binge eating disorder
other specified feeding or eating disorder
unspecified feeding or eating disorder
to find out whether or not you have one of these you will need to contact a medical doctor in your location and a therapist or psychiatrist in your location that can diagnose eating disorders. so I am glad you wrote you will be seeing a specialist about this soon.
