Diet and exercise helps slightly in terms that if I eat sugar its like I get a sugar and then a sugar low due to increased insulin. So I have slowly it it out of my life, CBT I'm not going down that route, counselling I'm seeing someone in a week and I'm also seeing my SA counsellor in the new year.
Recently my best mate took an overdose of pills and I usually would be concerned for her and jump on the first train to see her and I feeling quite normally emotional but I'm not I simply don't feel anything.
