An acquaintance of mine takes the norepinephrine reuptrake inhibitor Strattera for his adhd and it works wonders, but the only problem is the short half-life of 5 hours. He can feel the medication's effects wear off during the day and night even though he takes it twice a day.

Studies show that the NRI, Reboxetine/Edronax/Prolift is effective in treating adhd and has a 12-hour half life but is not approved in his country, the US because Pfizer has not applied for an approval for this drug to treat adhd, only depression in which it failed to meet FDA standards.

Reboxetine is approved in the UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand as well as other countries.

Is there a legal way for him to get Reboxetine from another country that doesn't involve travel? If so could you explain the process?

thanks in advance
