You know, I calculated my hours of sleep and for a normal person I'd be getting more than enough - sometimes 8 hours a night - but I always feel completely exhausted after these rapid bouts. I almost fall over when walking home from work, I am so mentally exhausted. Do you also get that tired? I have asked other people and they don't seem to, so I am wondering if the exhaustion is also down to BP.
