I'm starting fresh tomorrow, I will exercise for 45 minutes, and try to eat healthy, I'm still going to have a treat now and then but I will be cutting way back.
Also, I'll be making sure I brush my teeth 2 times a day and showering everyday.

Good for you! I just started doing yoga again at home; I don't always get in 45 minutes, but even if I do 20-30 minutes I feel so much better! Keep up the good work! And I had a snack last night after several days of fasting and eating clean...oh well; had to try out a new apple cake recipe, so at least it had fruit in it! Today is a new day!
