Yes I MADE pirogues.

Then understand that my recipe card says "1: remove box of Mrs Ts frozen pirogues from freezer..."

It has been a very long time since I had a "homemade" one. Which is actually sad because the town I live in has a very large Polish population and tons of small restaurants with hand made pirogues. Any yet I go for the Mrs. Ts (not even the close-to-home frozen ones in the supermarket, I go for the commercial name brand )

There are some places that make KILLER latkes around here too.
