I had a psychologist diagnose sorry, I am looking at the evaluation currently which says that I am currently in a depressive episode and that I have had a past Manic episode and that I need psychiatric evaluation.

I also had this occur to me while living in Melbourne Australia where after a failed suicide attempt the hospital just let me go without a psychiatric evaluation.
