Maybe start a journal and try to get in the habit of writing it all out before you talk to your husband. One idea. I imagine you just react without thinking which we all tend to do. There is nothing wrong with stating you feelings its just how it is done. I can't tell you how many times therapists have told me to use "I" statements. "I feel angry because..."
