I forgot to mention that I use Remeron for sleep. It works very well. It is an anti depressant. Kind of in it's own class. It can cause weight gain in a lot of people but it hasn't for me. Much safer than Seroquel or a benzo for sleep I think. Trazadone is used a lot too. An older anti depressant. It tends to give you a hangover effect.
