Have you consulted anyone about this? I would see a doctor straight away because it sounds like you are depressed. A doctor is capable of making a complete assessment to see if there is any other medical conditions. For me once I get to the stage where I can barely function only medication makes any difference. Once the depression has lifted you can look at dietary and lifestyle improvements. Things such as exericse, yoga, various supplements, meditation and massage can make a difference. These things are much easier said than done of course. It seems that one of the biggest innfluences on mood is our relationships. I would guess that many of us here are struggling with this.
